In the Shop you will find a list of our Schools, Conference sets, Video Sets and Books. All these resources are available to purchase using either PayPal or your Credit/Debit Card. Please Note: All prices are in USD
NOTE 1: Purchased MP3 & Video downloads are not automatic. At the end of the transaction you will see a download button, click that button and it will download a "Word" document. Open the word document, in the document you will see a link, click that link and you will be directed to the download. Please also make sure that you check your "Spam" folder for our email.
NOTE 2: The purchased files will not play on any Apple device directly, you will first need to download the files and then transfer them to your Apple device using iTunes. This is an issue with Apple devices only. The files all play on any other device.
NOTE 3: You only have 30 days in which to download the files, if you have not done that within 30 days your link will be invalid and you will need to purchase the product again.

Thank you for purchasing a digital product from Ohel Moed. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a product is purchased and delivered via download, access, or streaming, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Our digital products consist of valuable, proprietary content that is immediately accessible upon purchase. As such, we are unable to retrieve access once granted. This policy helps protect the integrity of our offerings and ensures fairness to all customers.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:
* Duplicate purchase (accidental repeat orders of the same product).
* Technical issues on our end that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
To request assistance for the above exceptions, please email us at admin@moed-ministries.com within 7 days of purchase. Requests must include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
